Italian agronomist Calò Giordano,
following the tradition of the Giordano family [Winers
in Vittoria], seeks, select and studies typical vineyards
with exceptional microclimate and terroir,
and natural food that cures together with small
artist-farmer, and brings the passion, the love and the
taste of Sicily and Tuscany. In forty years of agronomic
profession Giordano, not betrays, but transgresses the
tradition with his own free interpretation of the vineyard,
the wine and heart.
This
tradition let live studies about typical vineyards, the
particular jams of wine, the very rare beach
or India Fic honey, the own fruit marmelades,
and the exclusive Sicilian, Tuscan and Calabrian Oils.
