Ethics and Etiquette
 As
many other things in life, also the wine has its own ethics, but someone
stops at the etiquette. Every fruit is born from the daily work of
Man under the sun, asking for good weather and blessing the favors
of climate, betting and hoping.
But this
is not enough.
The work
is not the matter that gives a form, but the artist that thinks and
forge his dreams with his hands and its tools.
Therefore
the Wine strats from experimentation, terroir study, variety's choice,
pruning, time and ways of grape harvest, aging and bottling, passing
trought the infinite search of a intense scent, of a famous one of
a cleaner color, reaching the taste that has a special ancient place
in the memory.
Between
the thesis of a vineyard and its traditions and the antithesis of
a wine steward-agronomist who wants to dare, there is the harmonic
synthesis of vineyard freely interpreted.
But this
is not still enough.
Preserve
and perpetuate the memory of a vineyarder, conjugate it with the enologic
knowledge, persuade an anonymous drinker [who someone obstinatelly
call "consumer"] is not enough. It is necessary respect
and love for the Earth and who works it. Goodness is measured from
the culture of silent peasants in love with their earth, from the
protection [and not theft] of their secrets, from good environmental
conditions of their job, from the solidarity in order to resolve difficulties.
Therefore
the fruit of those sacrifice gives a pleasant moment to other men
who have not never met [and perhaps they will never know] that peasant
and that wine steward that let them conciliate with his life, for
an escaping [ but ripetibile] moment.
This is the ethics of every product
